Delivery timelines

• We currently deliver to Nairobi and the Nairobi Metropolitan area: Check this link for delivery areas
• We deliver packages through our delivery partners with options for doorstep delivery and pickup from Mtaani agent. Delivery rates apply.
• Standard delivery takes 1-3 days and begins on the day you place your order and extends until one of  our delivery partners attempts the first delivery.
• Our delivery agents allow up to two doorstep delivery attempts. 
• Our goal is to dispatch orders as a single package; however, there might be situations where the order needs to be split. In such instances, we will promptly notify you.

Our operational days cover Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
